成都德优创科技有限公司，创立于2020年12月，公司坐落于成都市青白江区欧洲产业城，是一家专注于电力电子类产品制造加工定制化服务为主的高科技企业，公司主要业务范围有：新能源汽车用充电桩电源模块，工业电源，通讯电源，PCBA印刷电路板组件加工等各类电子产品制造加工服务，产品分属于电子电力设备，仪器仪表，工业，通讯，汽车，智能电子等领域系列。
公司建立了自动化SMT贴片线4条，PCBA DIP插件线4条，FA组装线2条，全自动散热器组装线2条，三防/灌封生产线三条，产品测试生产线4条，自动化测试线1条，产品老化间2间等线体。拥有全自动印锡机，在线SPI，YAMAHA贴片机，回流焊，AOI光学检测仪，自动首件检测仪，波峰焊，X-RAY，自动三防设备，自动灌封设备，自动散热器组装设备等一系列先进的自动化设备，拥有十条以上自动化生产线，电子类产品全流程人工智能制造，两个智能制造车间。车间内全年温湿度管控，满足于各类电子产品，电子设备的加工及各类型客户需求。
公司于2022年通过了ISO 9001、ISO 45001、ISO 14001三管理体系符合性认证，公司取得14项新型实用型专利及8项软著。

Chengdu DYC Technology Co., Ltd., founded in December 2020, is located in the European Industrial City of Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu. It is a high-tech enterprise focusing on customized manufacturing and processing services for power electronic products. The company’s main business scope includes: manufacturing and processing services for various electronic products such as charging pile power modules for new energy vehicles, industrial power supplies, communication power supplies, and PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) processing. Its products belong to series in fields such as electronic power equipment, instruments and meters, industry, communications, automobiles, and intelligent electronics.
The company has established 4 automated SMT (Surface Mount Technology) lines, 4 PCBA DIP (Through-Hole Insertion) lines, 2 FA (Final Assembly) lines, 2 fully automated heat sink assembly lines, 3 three-proofing/potting production lines, 4 product testing lines, and 1 automated testing line, as well as 2 product aging rooms. It is equipped with a series of advanced automated equipment, including fully automated solder paste printers, online SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) machines, YAMAHA placement machines, reflow ovens, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) machines, automated first-article inspection machines, wave soldering machines, X-RAY inspection machines, automated three-proofing equipment, automated potting equipment, and automated heat sink assembly equipment. With more than 10 automated production lines, the company realizes full-process intelligent manufacturing of electronic products and has two smart manufacturing workshops. The temperature and humidity in the workshops are controlled throughout the year, meeting the processing needs of various electronic products and equipment as well as the requirements of different types of customers.
In 2022, the company passed the conformity certification of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 management systems. It has also obtained 14 utility model patents and 8 software copyrights.
